Hello New Parents-to-be!!!

Becoming a parent is the most wonderful, exciting, frustrating and frightening thing you will ever do.  It's easy to get caught up in books and advice (often unsolicited) from a variety of sources.  Do you trust your own instincts?  How can you when you've never done this before?!?!?!?!?!?!

I created this web site after posting on the Today's Parent talk forums.  There were so many questions coming from new parents-to-be that I felt it just needed to be done!  I thought, "What were the lessons I learned the hard way but wished someone had told me before my Son was born?"  Then I posed the question to other parents on the forum...and the web site idea was born!

Having been in the trenches, we'll offer opinions about parenting, share some experiences, and provide information that helped us become a better parents. I'll also be sure to include links to other parenting resources on the web.

Please keep in mind; the pages are set up in an easy-to-read format with quotes entered as I receive them.  The newest tid-bits are posted on the top of the page.  I do my best to correct spelling and grammar but other times I post the information as it is received.

Enjoy the reading.  I hope it helps!

Sincerely,
Judy, aka BuddhaMum
